私達が宿泊したのはバクマイアンビーチ沿いにあるプルマンダナンビーチリゾート（Pullman Danang Beach Resort）です。
ここはプライベートビーチは勿論、屋外プール、ジム、サウナ等のスパ、無料Wi-Fiなどが完備されている宿泊するのにはもってこいな5つ星の綺麗なホテルです。
印象に残っていることといえば、夜になるとカエルの鳴き声が「グァバッ！グァーバッ！」とすごかったこととイモリがちょいちょい壁にいたことでした。
プルマンでの一番の楽しみはなんといってもプライベートビーチとプールです。
部屋から水着のまま向かえる上にタオルはホテルが貸してくれるので気楽に水泳が楽しめます。
ビーチでは人生初のバナナボート体験ができ、海の奥までいくとクラゲがふよふよと泳いでいました。
日本と比べるとベトナムの海は綺麗で澄んでいました。
プールは小さく狭めでしたがその分深さはとてもあり、私達では足がつかないほどでした。
もう少し時間があれば底まで潜って深さを身体全体で感じたかったです。
短な時間でも一度に海もプールも堪能でき、夏のバカンスらしい素敵なひとときを過ごせたのはプルマンこそでした。
続いてこの日は、藪内社長のおすすめで私達はインターコンチネンタル ダナン サン ペニンシュラ リゾート（InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort）にあるふたつ星レストラン「ラ・メゾン1888」に行ってきました。
ふたつ星レストランは初めての経験だったので、どんなお料理がでてくるのだろうという期待とテーブルマナーは大丈夫かなという不安で胸が踊りまくりました。
ここで1番驚いたことは受付カウンターからレストランまでは遠く、ゴンドラを駆使したり、自らの足で歩いていかなければならなかったことです。
インターコンチネンタルは時を超越した優雅さと何ともいえない味わいを感じさせるひとつのおおきなアトラクション島のような感覚でした。
山の上に全てが詰め込まれたイメージです。
ダナンから車で20~30分で着きますがインターコンチネンタルの領域には、ホテルへの宿泊証明書もしくはレストランの予約がなければ通してもらえない仕組みになっておりセキュリティが整っていました。
インターコンチネンタルの中はアンティークな家具と中国の貴族を感じさせる部屋やソファがたくさんあり、映画のセットのようでした。
レストランまでの道のりで乗るゴンドラはまるで冒険家にでもなったかのようでとてもわくわくしました。
ディズニーランドよりもディズニー感満載で、ユニバーサルスタジオよりも映画スタジオらしい場所で、これからベトナムへ行かれる方にはとてもお勧めしたいスポットとなりました。
次回もしもベトナムへいく機会があれば、このホテルに泊まりたいものです。
更に最高だったことはベトナムのトイレは小さなボタンを穴の奥に押し込み水を流すタイプで、爪が長いと指で押しこむことができないので流しにくく私は毎回苦戦していたのですが流石の一流ホテルのトイレのボタンは上に少し盛り上がっていて爪が長い私でも楽にボタンを押すことができ、水を流すことができました。
これは女性ならではのおすすめポイントですね。
肝心な「ラ・メゾン1888」のお料理たちは見事な芸術作品に仕上げられていました。
食材の素材そのものを楽しめ、奇抜な組み合わせが新鮮でした。お食事の前にはバッファロー・バーで食前酒を飲みながら寛ぐこともできるそうです。
私達は時間が限られていたのでお食事だけして終えました。とても貴重な時間を過ごすことができ、嬉しかったです
